Printing from your Desktop Computer to the Konica

Please follow the illustrations below

From your desktop computer select Konica printer

Next: Click on the box to the left of settings labelled Password Print. Select Settings and Enter the UserID and a Password.

Note: The UserID is your account number. The Password is a four (4) to six (6) digit that you choose. You can choose a different password each time you print from your computer.

From the Konica 7165

1. From the Control Panel Layout switch the mode (4) to print. A selection screen with tabs will appear.
   
   
2. Choose to see remaining tabs.
   
   
3. Select Password print tab.
   
   
4. UserID will be highlighted on this screen. Enter your account number from the numbers on the screen. Your UserID is typed at the top of the screen. If you make a mistake hit backspace (BS) to clear the individual number.
   
   
5. Hit OK. Password is now highlighted. Using the numbers on the screen put in the password that you entered on your computer. Note: Your Password is type out as asterisks **.
   
   
6. Hit OK.

Next Screen:

Your job will appear on the list. Note: If you have more than one job waiting to be printed, you can choose ALL JOBS. Select your job and hit PRINT.
