Daffodil Days at MIT is celebrated during the month of February. Your participation will bring HOPE to those fighting cancer.
You can sign up to order a bouquet of Daffodils by calling me at x2-2556 or sending email to elsye@mit.edu. The Bouquets cost $10.00. Make your check out to the American Cancer Society. The Daffodil Bouquets will be delivered on Monday, March 17th. The deadline to place your order is Monday, February 25, 2008.
A “Gift of Hope” costs $20, $50, $100, or any amount above this.
This generous contribution will enable us to send a vase of daffodils to patients who are at Mount Auburn Hospital and MGH being treated for cancer. It is a way of letting them know they are not alone in their fight against this disease. The vase of flowers will be delivered with a message that someone from MIT has made a contribution to the fight against cancer and is sending them these daffodils, in the hope they will win their fight against cancer.
A Bear and a Bunch costs $25
You can buy one for yourself, or to send to a child in the hospital.
